WASHINGTON (AP) - The Federal Aviation Administration has
accused American Airlines of safety and drug-testing violations.
The agency says the Texas-based airlines returned two aircraft
into service after pilots reported safety problems. The FAA says
two MD-83 airliners were flown 58 times in violation of federal
