Floridians Brace For Fay

Visitors in the Florida Keys are under orders to leave, with Tropical Storm Fay expected to hit tomorrow or early Tuesday, possibly as a hurricane.
Florida Governor Charlie Crist has declared a state of
emergency.

Fay is lashing southeastern Cuba with downpours and heavy winds.
Fay has killed at least five people, battering Haiti and the Dominican Republic with heavy rains and floods.
