WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama will
outline new vehicle emission standards that aim to reduce
pollution. Officials familiar with the administration's discussions
say he'll unveil the new standards Tuesday. The goal would be a 30
percent reduction in greenhouse gases by 2016.
