The Red Cross says the wife of the pilot who crashed his plane into an Austin office building that housed an IRS office plans to reach out to media and answer questions.
Red Cross spokeswoman Marty McKellips says A. Joseph Stack's family planned to "give information and answer questions" on Friday.
Authorities say Stack, a software engineer furious with the Internal Revenue Service, launched a suicide attack on the agency by crashing his small plane into the building that housed nearly 200 IRS employees.
Law enforcement officials say Stack posted a rambling anti-government manifesto on the Internet before launching the suicide attack that also killed a worker inside the building.
