The number of Americans who say its okay to cheat Uncle Sam is on the rise. In a survey conducted by the IRS oversight board, 13% of those polled said it was okay to cheat on their tax return, up from 9% in 2008. At the same time, more than a third said the fear of being audited influenced how honest they were in paying their taxes.
