BOSTON (AP) - There's a heavy police presence at the federal courthouse in Boston where accused bomber Dzhokhar will make his first court appearance later today.

The courthouse is expected to be jammed for the arraignment, with some space reserved for families of the bombing victims.

By early this morning, the building was surrounded by Federal Protective Service officers and bomb-sniffing dogs.

It'll be the first public court appearance for Tsarnaev, who's charged in the bombings that killed three people and wounded more than 260.

His initial court hearing was held at a hospital, where he was recovering from injuries suffered in a confrontation with police that killed his brother and alleged co-conspirator.
