Unrest in the Middle East and high demand at home continue to drive up gas prices.

A new survey shows the average price of regular gas jumped 33 cents per gallon in the past two weeks.

The White House says it's now considering tapping into the country's strategic oil reserve to combat the rising fuel prices.
