OCEAN SPRINGS, Miss. (AP) - A businessman and his partners in
Mississippi say waterproof, windproof video cameras, mounted on
utility poles could help ease the filing and awarding of insurance

Darrell Jones says the system he's been working on for years

wind or water.

Jones tells WLOX television that he and his partners are meeting
with city officials across the coast about the project
