HOUSTON (AP) - Celebrities including Justin Bieber, Ellen
DeGeneres and Britney Spears are spreading the word about a
campaign to help three Houston children seriously injured and
orphaned by a deadly car accident earlier this month.
Bieber and other celebrities encouraged their fans via Twitter
and Facebook on Wednesday to donate to the "Show Your Hearts"
campaign. The money raised from the campaign, which began
Wednesday, will go to a trust fund set up to care for the children.
The July 2 accident in West Texas killed the children's parents
and paralyzed 8-year-old Aaron and 9-year-old Peter, who are now
being treated in Chicago. Their 6-year-old sister was also injured.
The Houston Rockets on Wednesday also announced a campaign to
raise money for the children.
