Deadly Explosions in Iraq

Two explosions have killed at least nine people at a cafe northeast of Baghdad. Officials say a suicide car bomber set off the first explosion outside the cafe late Thursday.

Minutes later, another bomb went off inside. Another 21 people were wounded.
