PHILADELPHIA (AP) The latest winter storm has moved out, but much of the East Coast is struggling to recover.

One man in Connecticut who spent two hours digging out his car this morning, before heading out on snow-covered roads, said he "can't wait until the summer comes." Many schools are closed again today in Connecticut and elsewhere in the Northeast.

Parts of Pennsylvania are digging out from under nearly two feet of snow, and there's even more than that in some areas of upstate New York. The latest round of wintry weather began overnight in some places -- just in time to delay tens of thousands of deliveries of Valentine's Day flowers.

At least 25 deaths are being blamed on the storm, including two people killed in a hit-and-run on a North Carolina interstate as they tried to help a truck driver.

Meanwhile, utility crews are making progress, but more than 400,000 power customers remained without electricity as of this morning. Most of them are in South Carolina and Georgia.
