KINGSTON, Jamaica (AP) -- The U.S. Coast Guard is scouring waters between the Bahamas and South Florida for a man who has gone missing from a cruise ship.
A Coast Guard spokeswoman says rescue crews are trying to find a passenger who apparently went overboard in waters some 27 miles east of Florida's Delray Beach.
The man was reported missing from a Bahamas Celebration ship early today as it was returning to its home port in Florida. The vessel had departed the island of Grand Bahama last evening.
The ship is owned by Celebration Cruise Line.
