President Obama's top national security advisers are expected to meet at the White House today to discuss the crisis in Libya.

They plan to outline possible ways to pressure leader Muammar Qaddafi to end his violent crackdown on anti-government forces, and step down.

Tuesday, Qaddafi's regime attacked rebels with rockets, tanks and planes in western and eastern Libya.
