WASHINGTON - A college student from Saudi Arabia studying chemical engineering in Texas is accused of plotting to bomb dams,
nuclear plants or the Dallas home of former President George W.
Bush.

Prosecutors say 20-year-old Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari faces a court appearance tomorrow in Lubbock.

Aldawsari, who lives in Lubbock, was charged today with attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction.

He entered the U.S. in 2008 to study at Texas Tech University in Lubbock. He transferred this year to nearby South Plains College.

The feds say the student, in online postings, wrote: "It is war... until the infidels leave defeated."

A chemical company, Carolina Biological Supply of Burlington, N.C., on Feb. 1 told the FBI about suspicious purchases by Aldawsari.
