Second Storm-Related Death Reported in Oklahoma

Authorities say the winter storm moving through much of Oklahoma has claimed the lives of two people.

A report from the Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management on Friday initially said that a third person had been killed in a weather-related incident in Owasso. But Keli Cain, a spokeswoman for the agency, said later Friday that authorities now do not believe the death was weather-related.

Oklahoma City police reported Friday that an unidentified man was discovered dead under an overpass in an area where transients are known to congregate, and a 5-year-old boy from Fort Gibson was killed when a van he was riding in overturned on an icy road Thursday morning.
