Three siblings wanted in Florida and Georgia are being held on $1.3 million bond each in Colorado on charges of attempted murder and assault on a police officer.
Twenty-nine-year-old Lee Grace Dougherty, 26-year-old Dylan
Dougherty Stanley and 21-year-old Ryan Edward Dougherty were
arrested in southern Colorado Wednesday after a chase in which
authorities said the trio fired on officers.
The three made their first court appearance Thursday in Pueblo, Colo., appearing by video from jail. A judge set another hearing for Monday in the case.
The two brothers and sister were captured after a weeklong, nationwide search. They also have no-bond warrants in Georgia and
Florida on charges they robbed a bank in Georgia and shot at a
police officer in Florida.
