DALLAS -- An electrician working at the new Dallas Cowboys stadium died Saturday when he touched a high-voltage line.

It's the second serious accident at the construction site in less than a week.

Authorities say 45-year-old Timothy Mackinnon was standing on a ladder and performing an electrical test when he touched the power line. A coworker carried him to the ground and tried to revive him.

Mackinnon was pronounced dead at Arlington Memorial Hospital.

The deadly accident comes just two days after a crane accident at the stadium injured three men, one of whom is still hospitalized. That man was listed Saturday in serious condition.

The Cowboys' stadium is expected to cost more than $1 billion. It's scheduled to open for the 2009 NFL season, and host the 2011 Super Bowl.
