The Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) report is in for two of the three teens killed in a car crash earlier this month.
The Brazos County Medical Examiner's office reports that the driver of the car-- 16-year-old Dillon Benavides had a BAC of 0.12 at the time of the crash. One of the passengers in the car, 15-year-old Alex Dicky had a BAC of 0.08. Test results are not back yet for Dillon's brother, 18-year-old Gus Benavides. Gus was the other passenger in the car.
Bryan Police say the teens died when the car they were in crashed into a tree and erupted into flames.
The accident happened in front of the Copperfield neighborhood in East Bryan.
Bryan Police and the Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission are looking into the possibility that someone supplied alcohol to the teens earlier that evening at a "Sweet 16" party.
TABC agents say they may have developments in the case sometime this week.
