The need for volunteers in Galveston due to Hurricane Ike is still critical.

The Salvation Army is asking for help and they are waiving any time commitments, if you can serve 2 days or 2 weeks they would be grateful.
They have served over 650,000 meals since the storm and are still providing 11,000 meals a day.
There are many oppurtunities to serve available.
Power is still out on most of the island and is several weeks away from being restored.

If you can help contact Ed Mardis 254 368-1441 or 1551 for details
