The Texas Fire Marshal’s Office has labeled the November 2008 fire at Gem’s Gentlemen’s Club as arson.
Though the full details of the report haven’t been released yet, fire investigators have made public the fact that the fire was intentionally set.
The now criminal case will be handed over to the Robertson County Sheriff’s office for further investigation.
Rachel Neutzler with the marshal’s office said the full report on their findings will be released next week, and a cause of the fire will be included in that report.
