AUSTIN, Texas -- The Texas Senate says "aye" to creating a program to coordinate adult stem cell research.
The program also would seek funding and direct grants to research institutions around the state.
Research directors at the University of Texas and Texas A&M University have said it would be priceless for connecting research, making it more effective and easier to get funding.
