Four San Antonio children thought to be in grave or immediate danger have led to the issuance of an Amber Alert.
Sunday night, authorities called on the public to help find Briana Harris, 13; Dantae Lamar Harris, 5; Kenneth Dominic Harris, 6; and Nichelle Denise Harris, 9.
Alphonse Harris, 53, is believed to have taken his daughter and three grandchildren after driving to Texas from Michigan, this according to the San Antonio Express-News citing Bexar County authorities.
Harris is believed to have come because of the death of the legal guardian of the children, who was the mother of Briana and the grandmother of the other three. He did not have permission to take the children.
Alphonse Harris is said to be driving a 1999 Dodge Caravan. It is tan in color with Texas license plate number 52PGX5.
Harris has a warrant out on a family violence charge. He may be driving north back to Michigan, according to the sheriff's office.
If you have information on the whereabouts of the children and Alphonse Harris, call (210) 335-4630 or (210) 336-4603.
