I-35 re-opens after flooding closed the interstate in both directions in between Jarrell and Salado.

In Salado police were going door-to-door to advise residents along Salado Creek to be prepared to evacuate if the water continues to rise.

One car was washed off the Southridge Rd. low water crossing over Salado Creek and the driver was washed out of the vehicle.

That driver was rescued in a short period of time and was not seriously hurt.

Roads throughout Williamson County were closed as well.
