According to lawyers for 32-year-old Debra Jeter from Hillsboro, a trial date has been scheduled for March 29, 2010. Jeter is accused of attacking her two daughters with a knife last June, and killing one of them. Jeter was arrested after a woman who refused to identify herself called 9-1-,1 and said she had just killed her children.
Jeter's 12-year-old old Kelsey was dead when officers arrived, and 13-year-old Kiersten was critically injured.
Jeter has entered a not guilty plea. Pre-trial hearings have been scheduled for January.
