IRVING, Texas (AP) - The Associated Press has found that
compensation for ExxonMobil's CEO fell 9 percent last year.

This reduction comes as the company struggled amid a global decline in oil and gas demand.

Rex Tillerson received $21.7 million in total compensation last year,
compared to $23.9 million in 2008.
