An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing teenager with multiple health problems including Down Syndrome, Autism and Bipolar Disorder.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit says 14-year-old Elizabeth Rex was last seen Monday at her home on Memory Lane, in Magnolia. She went outside to play and never returned home.

Rex was last seen wearing black pants, a grey tank top, red jacket, and grey tennis shoes. She is believed to be with 51-year-old Randy Johnson.

According to KHOU, Rex's family says Johnson had become obsessed with her.

Rex is diagnosed with Pre-Development Disorder, Down Syndrome, Autism, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Bipolar Disorder and Von Willerbrand Disease. These disorders cause her to interact on a 5-6 year old level and cause mental instability and occasional mental breakdowns in high stress environments.

If you have any information that can help police, call Detective T. Gannucci at (936)-760-5876 or the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at (936)-760-5800.
