AUSTIN -- Police have confirmed a body found in South Texas is that of a woman who went missing from Austin over the weekend.

Sarah Pettit, 31, went missing on Sunday. Her body was found in the backseat of her car in Gonzales, Texas east of San Antonio.

An autopsy will be performed Thursday, and toxicology reports are pending. APD says her death is not considered "suspicious."
