DALLAS - - The dedication of the George W. Bush Presidential Center will include a presidential reunion, along with a chance for those who served in the Bush administration to reunite.
About 10,000 people are expected to attend the invitation-only dedication Thursday of the center, which will house the presidential library and museum along with the 43rd president's policy institute. The center located on the campus of Southern Methodist University is scheduled to open to the public May 1.
President Barack Obama along with former Presidents Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter and George W. Bush's father, George H.W. Bush, are expected to attend, along with Bush administration officials including former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
Bush said Wednesday the dedication will be "a joyful occasion."
