Firefighters have extinguished a crude oil tank fire started during an explosion at a biodiesel plant in Southeast Texas.

Winn says investigators are trying to determine what started the fire, reported around 7:30 p.m. Thursday along the waterfront.

City spokeswoman Alicia Cahill says a worker was treated for smoke inhalation.

Further details about the operator of the facility were not immediately available.
