A traffic stop in Fayette County lead to one of the largest marijuana seizures in the county's history.
About 1,600 pounds of marijuana with a street value of $800,000 were found in the bed of a 2005 Ford Truck.
Narcotics Investigator Randy Thuman and his canine partner, Lobo, made the discovery on Interstate 10 last week.
The driver of the truck, 41-year-old Rafael Salinas, was arrested on felony marijuana possession charges.
