Kingwood Man, Niece Die in Alleged Drug Overdoses

KINGWOOD, Texas - Investigators believe the deaths of a Houston-area man and his 15-year-old niece may have involved accidental drug overdoses.

The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office says autopsies were scheduled Thursday on the 42-year-old Kingwood man and the girl.

Lt. Bill Bucks says a relative located the bodies Wednesday afternoon in a house. Bucks says drugs were found at the residence. He says the deaths are not believed to have involved foul play and there was no evidence of suicide.

Names of the man and girl were not immediately released.
