HOUSTON - Houston police say a man accused of killing one person and hurting three others in beatings over missing keys has been caught.
Johnathan Renard Castaneda was booked Tuesday into the Harris County Jail on counts of murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and aggravated sexual assault.
Online records did not list an attorney for Castaneda, who was arrested Monday. Bond was set at $120,000 on the murder and weapons counts. Castaneda is held without bond on the sexual assault charge.
Police say Baron Armstrong was slain Friday at his home. Two women and a man suffered injuries not believed to be life threatening. One of the women was sexually assault.
Investigators say Castaneda and the victims were socializing when an argument broke out as Armstrong sought his keys.
