Man Pleads Guilty in the Death of a Houston Police Officer

HOUSTON - A 27-year-old man has pleaded guilty in the death of a Houston police officer who was struck and killed on a freeway.

A jury will decide the sentence for Johoan Rodriguez after prosecutors and defense attorneys couldn't agree on one. Officer Kevin Will was killed while investigating a traffic accident last year.
