AUSTIN, Texas - At least six people remain hospitalized, including two in critical condition, after a deadly South By Southwest festival crowd accident blamed on a suspected drunken driver.

Travis County jail records show Rashad Charjuan Owens of Killeen remained in custody Saturday on a capital murder charge. Bond is $3 million for Owens over the crash early Thursday in which he allegedly drove a car into concertgoers on an Austin street, killing two people and leaving 23 hurt.

A spokesman for University Medical Center Brackenridge in Austin on Saturday said two victims remain in critical condition, two are serious and two are in good condition.

Officials with St. David's HealthCare late Friday said two patients were in fair condition. A spokeswoman Saturday didn't immediately return messages on whether the pair remain hospitalized.
