Storms continue to rake the Midwest with rain, snow and dangerous winds. Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon has declared a state of emergency after a possible tornado struck outside of St. Louis last night and power outages in the southern part of the state. To the north, Minnesota Gov. Mark Dayton has called out the National Guard with icy weather leaving thousands without power and another storm system threatening to dump several inches of wet snow.
