Houston Public Media is calling the broadcast "A Conversation with Candidates."

The Republican candidates include Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, former Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert, former Texas Solicitor General Ted Cruz and former ESPN football analyst Craig James. Former state representative Paul Sadler and activist Sean Hubbard are running for the Democratic nomination.
