Investigators say two bodies have been found in the rubble of a Houston area apartment complex fire that happened last week.
Cadaver dogs on Monday located the victims in the debris from the February 15 blaze. Autopsies have been ordered.
A resident on Sunday night reported that two people who had been staying with him never turned up following the fire.
Investigators believe the fire started in the kitchen of an elderly woman's unit where an oxygen tank had been in use. Fire marshal's Lt. Chad Shaw says the oxygen line melted when it came in contact with a hot burner on the stove.
Two residents and a firefighter were injured in the blaze. About two dozen units were damaged.
