The family of Roger Stone held a press conference Thursday morning in Houston, in which they discussed the investigation into the sinking of the Cynthia Woods.
During that press conference, Roger Stone's widow, Linda, announced that she would sue four parties, including the designer of the Cynthia Woods yacht and the boat's builder.
Linda claims the four parties, which does not include Texas A&M, haven't been cooperative in the accident investigations.
53-year-old Stone was the safety officer who died when the sail boat he was on capsized June 6 after its keel fell off causing the boat to flip over.
Stone is credited for saving at least two of the crew members before drowning in the Gulf of Mexico.
The Texas A&M Sailing Team was was participating in a sailing race between Galveston and Veracruz, Mexico when the Cynthia Woods sank.
