A reporter for the Texas A&M Battalion served as a KBTX news anchor as part of her "For A Day" segment.

Angela Rodriguez shadowed News Three's Crystal Galny on Wednesday.

She spent the afternoon in the newsroom learning how the anchors prepare for the newscasts.

She even got a chance to do a mock newscast reading the news from the anchor desk.

Angela is a senior at Texas A&M studying marketing.

You can read and watch segments of her report in the Battalion once school starts.
