If the BCS community seems a little less crowded this weekend, it may be because many of the Aggie faithful are in Fort Worth supporting the baseball team.
While Lupton Stadium doesn't give the team the home-advantage feeling of Olsen Field, Aggie fans are trying to create the next best thing for the players.
Decked out in maroon and white, A&M backers didn't mind making the short drive to the Metroplex. And the travel was even easier for alumni who already live there. "I'm very excited," said Cray Pixley, Texas A&M Class of '89. "It makes it much easier for us to get over here since we're from Dallas. So not having to take that trip to College Station makes it a lot more convenient."
