The all-clear has been given at Texas A&M following what authorities are now describing as a bomb threat hoax.

The Evans Library and adjacent buildings were evacuated as a result of the threat, which came in at around 11:25 a.m. Monday. University Police say it was received "electronically," but would not elaborate.

Scent dogs from the Houston area were called in to assist local authorities in the sweep of the area. The all-clear was given just before 3:00 p.m. Monday.

Authorities continues their investigation into the threat.
