New details are shedding light on the arrests made in the Texas State and Texas A&M bomb threat cases.
In federal documents obtained by News 3 19-year-old Brittany Henderson told Bryan police she had nothing to do with the separate threats that were traced to her Yahoo e-mail account.
Federal officials charged Henderson's boyfriend Dereon Kelly for allegedly using his cell phone to send a threat from Henderson's e-mail account to Texas State University.
Investigators say Kelly, who's originally from Bryan, sent the threat to Texas State while he was attending Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio.
His bond is set at $150,000 and he is also charged with sending the Texas A&M bomb threat e-mail.
Brittany Henderson remains jailed in San Marcos.
She is no longer a person of interest in the Texas A&M bomb threat.
