Northgate Construction Nearly Finished

The final days of construction are wrapping up in Northgate.

The $3.7 million pedestrian and safety improvements project began at the start of summer.

Changes include wider sidewalks, bicycle lanes and a barriers between cars and pedestrians.

The project was to have been completed by last Friday but some last minute materials were late coming in.

At the moment it's unknown if work will be complete before the Texas A&M - Florida Football game this weekend.
