One Dead After Fall on A&M Campus

TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY A person is dead after a fall from a building on the Texas A&M campus.

According to University Police, they responded to the area near the Mitchell Physics Building at University Drive and Ireland Street around 6:00 a.m. Saturday and found a person dead.

A preliminary investigation showed the person, who is not being identified by police as of Saturday afternoon, fell from the sixth floor of Mitchell.

The person's family has been notified, and an autopsy has been ordered.

No other information about the incident has been released.
