BRYAN - July 21
UPDATE: Victor Davis is suspended from athletic participation per athletics department policy.
Davis was arrested July 12 on theft charges. Police in his hometown of Rosenberg say Davis shoplifted from Kohls.
Another Texas A&M Football player has found himself in trouble with the law.
Defensive back Victor Davis is featured as one of Rosenberg's "Most Unwanted" shoplifters. Authorities say the individuals pictured, including Davis, have been arrested for theft at different stores around the city during the past two weeks.
According to the Rosenberg Police Department, Davis was arrested and charged with theft after he was allegedly caught stealing from the Kohl's in his hometown.
Just last month, head coach Kevin Sumlin dismissed defensive lineman Isaiah Golden and linebacker Darian Claiborne due to aggravated robbery charges.
No word yet from Texas A&M if Davis will face repercussions. The defensive back was redshirted during the 2013 season.
