A&M Responds To Off-Campus Bonfire Accident

Updated: 11/03/2008 - An accident over the weekend at student bonfire caused Texas A&M to release the following statement. “Texas A&M University has continued to discourage the construction of any off-campus bonfires, primarily out of concern for the safety of our students. This is a non-sanctioned student activity, and University officials do not participate in the off-campus bonfire construction in any capacity.”
