Police near Detroit released some bizarre dash cam video left over from Saint Patrick's Day.
Oakland County police stopped a golf cart and were forced to arrest 65-year-old Bill Van Buskirk for allegedly driving it under the influence of alcohol.
Van Buskirk sounded surprised that it was illegal to drive a vehicle without proper registration and it turns out he wasn't even playing golf that night.
The golf cart, which is modified with fans and other special mirrors, is actually Buskirk's only mode of transportation.
His Pontiac neighbors say they always see him driving around in the neighborhood.
Incidentally, the deputy who pulled him over had seen him before. He arrested him for drunk driving 14 years ago.
