NEW YORK (AP) - Adam Yauch of The Beastie Boys does not want to be known in death for selling some product.

His will specifies his image, name, music or "any artistic property" may not be used for advertising. The will leaves an estate worth about $6 million to his wife and daughter.

Yauch died of cancer in May. His lawyer and the band's spokesman declined comment.
