CAUGHT ON CAMERA: Incredible Video of Cat Saving Boy from Dog Attack

BAKERSFIELD, CA - One Bakersfield, California family is giving their cat extra treats Wednesday after it saved a young boy from a dog attack.

Home surveillance video shows a boy riding a bicycle when a dog ran up and attacked him. Within seconds, the boy's cat comes to the rescue, slamming its body into the dog and getting it off of the boy before it further injured him.

The father, Roger Triantafilo, uploaded the video to YouTube, where it has been viewed more than 150,000 times.

"Thankfully, my son is fine!" Triantafilo said.

His son received stitches from the attack, which is nothing in comparison to the injuries he could have suffered if the family cat had not come to the rescue.
