Police in Manchester, New Hampshire, report a masked bandit pointed a gun at a store clerk and demanded money.
But the crook was scared off when the clerk pulled out an ax handle. According to authorities, the 50-year-old cashier at the ATM Market also yelled out his store was being robbed.
He cries were heard by workers at the garage next to the store. They chased the suspect, but police say he got away.
